Dani joins ASL’s London office from DAC Beachcroft, adding to our experienced multi-disciplinary financial lines team of lawyers, accountants and insurance professionals.  He is a dual qualified solicitor, both in his native Spain and in England and Wales.

Dani focuses on claims emanating not just from Spain and across Latin America but elsewhere in the world.

We are delighted to have recruited Dani.  He is bilingual in Spanish and English and has broad knowledge of coverage issues, cross-border disputes and litigation with jurisdictional and choice of law complexities. So he’s perfectly placed to advise our insurer clients on Financial Institutions, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Crime and Cyber losses.

We’re very much looking forward to working with Dani. He’s already dived in to a busy and interesting caseload. And he’s very much looking forward to meeting our insurer clients and broker contacts both virtually and in person now the London market’s heading back to the City.
